Where is the best place to park?
The is plenty of street parking within walking distance of the Woolly Bay Hotel.
Do you have disability access?
We have full access for all abilities, including lift access from the ground all the way up to the rooftop.
Are you pet friendly?
Your furry friends are welcome on the Ground Floor outdoor seating area until 9.30pm. Support animals are welcome. We'll even supply water bowls for your best pal!
Can I choose where I sit?
All booking requests and seating requests will be considered, however unfortunately not guaranteed.
How do I book a function?
Select our Functions + Events tab in the menu bar and enquire online to speak with our team!
What are your opening hours?
Please check out the 'Contact' page of this website for our most up-to-date opening hours.
Can I visit without a booking?
Whilst we recommend that you book ahead, we also love a bit of spontaneity, so walk-ins are welcome!
Do you cater for food allergies?
Yes, we cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know of your requirements at the time of booking.
What is your family / children policy?
Children are welcome in on all levels of the venue until 10pm and whilst in the direct company of their parent.
Is there public transport?
Nearest Train Station: Kings Cross. We are an easy 8-minute walk from there ... and it's all downhill!
Nearest Bus Stop: Cowper Wharf Road near Bourke Street.
Can I bring a cake?
You are welcome to bring your own celebratory cakes. We will provide napkins and a knife to cut the cake.

Our dress code is smart casual.
